Busy Life

Welcome to the last month before the school ends! Everything is due and you find yourself doing an amazing job in tripling your productivity in comparison with the first week of the semester. Life becomes a fast lane with approaching deadlines and the closer these deadlines get the more tired faces there are on campus who stop caring about how well their clothes match and how well their hair looks. It is the time when the popularity and self esteem solely depend on letters ABCD...F, numbers 20,50,89,100! and %. It is the time when everyone becomes a wonderkid, a supermen and a magician. Its the time of Olympic competition in reading, memorizing, typing and guessing.

It is the time when only the fittest survive!

What do you write when there are too many things to write about at once...how about nothing about those things and something about the past...

I was running today after a busy and stressful day and thought how long it has been since I climbed any trees. Forever.
Long time ago, when I was a little girl, spending my summers in the village - I almost lived in the trees. Not tree houses - trees. I remember me and my best friend Lena (lives in Siberia now), would climb the cherry trees across from my grandma's house to observe the village life from up above and talk for hours about our dreams, hopes and boys. I wanted to be an international diplomat and she wanted to be a doctor... We would pretend we were birds or squirrels and skip lunch and dinner while enjoying the juicy cherry goodness. Needless to say, our clothes and faces were often a reflection of those adventures... we didn't mind.

How crazy would that be to climb a tree in Provo and hang out there for a while, I'll be on the lookout for any quality cherry trees now:)

Happy Birthday little sister!!!

Not even joking, my sister can easily do that:) she is a pro wrestler!!! Today she is 11 and she takes on 15-year-old girls! This is why I can never join the mafia. Happy Birthday my little monkey!
